Bathroom Cleaning
- Showers/Tubs cleaned and disinfected: Extra attention given due to heavy build up
- Tile walls cleaned and sanitized
- All light switches and switch plates cleaned and disinfected
- All readily accessible floors washed (wood floors lightly damp mopped) and disinfected
- Carpets vacuumed including stairs and closets
- Baseboards wiped or dusted, clean or vacuum floors twice due to massive buildup, clean floors under furniture that has at least one foot or more clearance
- Clean doors/frames for fingerprints
- Dust vents
- Counter-tops (including counter side splash) wiped down
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected, including the base and behind the toilet: Extra attention given with a pumice stone due to heavy build up
- Vanity and sink cleaned: Extra attention given due to heavy build up
- Mirrors cleaned and shined
- Light fixtures cleaned
- Remove cobwebs out of reach on a 2-step ladder with an extension duster
- Discard any trash (There must be a dumpster on-site)
Kitchen Cleaning
- Inside Outside/Top/Front of range hood cleaned
- Stove Top cleaned
- Inside of oven cleaned and drip pans cleaned
- All light switches and switch plates cleaned and disinfected
- Interior appliances cleaned (Fridge, Oven, Dishwasher)
- Microwave wiped down inside and out
- All readily accessible floors washed (wood floors lightly damp mopped) and disinfected
- Carpets vacuumed including stairs and closets, clean or vacuum floors twice due to massive buildup
- Baseboards wiped or dusted
- Clean doors/frames for fingerprints
- Dust vents
- Counter-tops (including counter side splash) wiped down
- Sinks cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined
- Remove cobwebs out of reach on a 2-step ladder with an extension duster
- Discard any trash (There must be a dumpster on-site)
Bedrooms and Living Areas
- All readily accessible floors washed (wood floors lightly damp mopped) and disinfected.
- Carpets vacuumed including stairs and closets
- Baseboards wiped or dusted, clean or vacuum floors twice due to massive buildup
- Clean doors/frames for fingerprints
- Dust vents
- All light switches and switch plates cleaned and disinfected
- Mirrors cleaned
- Ceiling fan dusted and wiped
- Window ledges wiped down
- Mini-blinds dusted
- Discard any trash (There must be a dumpster on-site)
