Policies and Procedures
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC and our staff agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner.
⚫Every effort is made to be as careful as possible with your items, however, accidents do happen. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Items which are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, etc. are not covered by our breakage policy. Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC will not touch potentially sensitive paperwork or documents. Please remove these items before the day of cleaning.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC does not use ladders other than the small step ladder we provide, climb up on any furniture or move heavy items to protect us and our staff from injury.
If you would like to clean behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object. All surfaces are assumed sealed. If you know of any surface that is not sealed, you must notify us so that we may clean properly.

Business Policies:
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC staff does not clean animal cages or litter boxes, animal droppings, human feces, blood, or other bodily fluids. If we are cleaning and our equipment, supplies are damaged/dirtied by one of these we will automatically charge you for the replacement.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC encourages all clients to provide us with a key to enter their home. All Keys are taken to Johnsons Lock & Key to have a Do Not Duplicate key made. All keys are assigned a number and are labeled for non-disclosure if lost or misplaced. All keys are kept safe in our key safe & signed out to employees as needed and returned at the end of each shift.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC prefers that alarms are kept off prior to cleaning. Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC will not be held responsible for “tripped” alarm systems when entering your property.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC will charge $3500 for bedbugs that are discovered or not disclosed upon cleaning. Also, a $3500 charge will be assessed for any home/business that has illegal drugs on premises or past (meth.)
⚫Please do not ask Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC or staff to remove our shoes. We are required to always wear slip-resistant shoes with disposable new clean booties at each jobsite.

Cancellation Policy:
⚫ Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to schedule service or a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC will not restrain or move an aggressive or barking dog. If your pet is aggressive or uncomfortable with strangers, please restrain her/him before our staff arrives. Otherwise, we may not be able to provide service, and you may be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

Payment Arrangement:
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC payments is due after the job is completed at the end of business day. We require a credit card to secure the reservation & process the payment. It is less work for the employees.
⚫ Rate Changes Mama Ducks reserves the right to re-evaluate rates at any time based on the amount of time it takes to perform out services to meet our customer’s standards and expectations. We monitor the actual cleaning time for the initial one to three months of service and occasionally thereafter. Mama Ducks will contact the client to discuss possible price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs significantly from the original bid.
Tipping is NEVER required but always appreciated.

If booked online – Mama Ducks reserves the right to add additional charges for items that we’re not properly selected by the customer when booked if needed when cleaning is requested by the customer. Example – pet charge, deep clean, lower level, extra rooms, move-out, etc.

Business Hours/Holidays/Weather:
⚫ Business hours fall between 8 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and services are usually completed during this time. There is a 1 Hour arrival window for all cleaning services to allow for traffic, parking, and other unforeseen delays.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC reserves the right to cancel scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather. We will be following the West Fargo School cancellation and late start. We’ll try to accommodate a reschedule if possible. Please reach out by email to be rescheduled before your next visit.
⚫ Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC does not provide holiday visits. If your scheduled day falls on the following holiday Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day or Thanksgiving Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC will call to reschedule.
Mama Ducks Cleaning Service, LLC offers evenings & weekends at a custom quote only – Commercial accounts are welcomed during the day or evening.

⚫ Furniture vacuumed (including under pillows)
⚫ Areas under “accessible” furniture vacuumed
⚫ Wood floors dusted/mopped; carpets Vacuumed

Kitchen and Eating Areas:
⚫ Counter tops cleaned
⚫ Outside range hood cleaned/shined
⚫ Top and front of range hood cleaned/shined
⚫ Drip pans cleaned & shined *to best ability
⚫ Sinks cleaned and disinfected, chrome shined
⚫ Refrigerator front/ visible sides cleaned and shined
⚫ Dishwasher front cleaned and shined
⚫ Microwave wiped out, front cleaned and shined
⚫ Floors vacuumed and mopped
⚫ Cobwebs removed from baseboards, ceiling
⚫ Ceiling fan dusted
⚫ General dusting knick-knacks, frames, etc.
⚫ Cabinets (outside cleaned, polished)
⚫ Kitchen furniture (table, chairs, desk) wiped
⚫ Doors and frames spot cleaned for fingerprints

Full Bathrooms:
⚫ Tile walls, bathrooms, showers cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Shower doors cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Toilets cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Vanity/counter cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Sink cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Mirror and chrome cleaned and shined
⚫ Floors washed and disinfected, floor mats vacuumed
⚫ Cobwebs removed
⚫ General dusting- shelving/picture frames
⚫ Knick-knacks damp cloth wiped

Half Bathrooms:
⚫ Vanity/counter cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Sink cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
⚫ Floors washed and disinfected/carpets vacuumed
⚫ Toilets cleaned and disinfected
⚫ Cobwebs removed
⚫ General dusting

Foyer Area/Hallways:
⚫ Wood floors dusted/mopped; carpets vacuumed

⚫ Cobwebs removed from baseboards/ceiling

Family Room/Den

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 48 hours the day before service to avoid incurring a 100% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Billing PLEASE NOTE: A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization) in the amount of your total balance the evening PRIOR to your scheduled cleaning service. If your service is cancelled before 48 hours, this hold will drop off within 2-5 days. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. Charging is completed the day of your appointment, and you will receive an invoice via email once this occurs.
